✈️ HOODY ON A ROADY
EVENT AT OREWA 🚐

There was a good turn out on Monday night with Alia as MC, who did a wonderful job, and Lynda Wharton championing the vaxed injured which she does so well, and John Larter had us laughing with his Aussie/Kiwi jokes. You’ve gotta love those Aussies! 😁

Hoody had some very good messages in his talk about finding a higher power, building character, and fostering a supportive spirit in the Freedom community. 🕊️

There was a lot for people to take away and think about. 🤔

Thank you to the North Akl & West Akl Co-ordinators for your help on the night which contributed to making the event a success.

Great examples of community spirit! ❤️

🚐🐾 RCR ROAD TRIPPIN’ — PALMERSTON NORTH ❤️🇳🇿

A huge thank you to Jackie and the wonderful local team for organising such a great evening and making us all feel so welcome.

We were also joined by Claire Deeks, co-founder of RCR and VFF who shared about RCR, why we exist, what we’re building and why independent media is more important than ever.

Claire also talked about the upcoming election, why every vote matters, and how understanding MMP and strategic voting can make a real difference.

Alongside those conversations came some very personal stories. It’s clear that for many, the wounds are still incredibly raw. The mandates and everything that came with them cut deeply into New Zealand society.

❤️ There was plenty of laughter and good company too!

Buster was on his usual best behaviour (particularly after scoring a rather nice bit of steak for dinner).

To everyone who came along, shared their stories, helped out or simply stopped for a chat - you’re the reason we’re doing this!

🚐🐾 RCR ROAD TRIPPIN’ — WE'RE ON THE MOVE! 🇳🇿

Last week Dean, Meagan and Buster hit the road from Christchurch and headed up the South Island through Blenheim, Nelson and Picton, before hopping on the ferry to Wellington and making their way north.

They've been catching up with some wonderful people, including joining Graham “Hoody” Hood's events in Nelson and Wellington.

A great opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new friends, and catch up with the likes of Dr Matt Shelton and other NZDSOS doctors.

As Dean put it after one of the events: "Such real, authentic connection with everybody we're meeting on the trip."

❤️ And that's really what this road trip is all about.

We're only just getting started! There are plenty more towns to visit, people to meet and stories to share.

South Island friends - we'll be back for more RCR catch-ups on the return journey!

📸 A few snapshots from the road so far.

Keep an eye out for the RCR caravan. If you see us, come and say hello! 👋

OVERHANGS. STRATEGIC VOTING. TWO VOTES. ONE LOLLY SCRAMBLE.

Heard strategic voting mentioned approximately 4,000 times lately but still not entirely sure how it works?

Wondering what an overhang is, why Parliament can suddenly sprout extra MPs, or how using your two votes differently could change the final numbers?

Excellent. We bought lollies.

In just a few minutes, we explain the whole thing using jellybeans, M&Ms, gummy teeth, Froot Loops, blackballs, gummy bears and a suspiciously important collection of chocolate bullets.

No political science degree required.

Just two votes, some very peculiar maths, and 120 seats that don't necessarily stay 120.

Watch The Lolly Scramble, then head to http://VoteSmart2026.co.nz to learn more about how your two votes work.

And share this with someone who still thinks an overhang is something requiring Spanx. 😜

🚨 THREE WORDS. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.

A member of the public sent our 311,257 investigation to Dr Ayesha Verrall and asked whether the information was correct or “fake news”.

On 18 August 2026, the former Vaccine Minister replied from her official parliamentary email address:

🔥 “Its fake news”

That was it.

Three words to dismiss an investigation built on official government records.

Three words in response to questions about myocarditis, informed consent, and the hundreds of thousands of NZ teenagers who received dose two after officials had been advised of the risk.

And Verrall wasn't watching from the sidelines. She was an Associate Minister of Health and a member of the Vaccine Ministers group in 2021.

The documents aren't going away.

The 311,257 aren't going away.

And neither are we.
