LineageOS 22 VoLTE patch

This successfully installs a IMS handler for VoLTE calls, restoring lost calling functionality for all LG v30 devices since the 2G and 3G network shutdowns globally. This "should" work for all variants, but untested are Japanese and Korean variant devices. If this works for you please report which v30 model, phone carrier, and country you are testing in if you can.

Project largely coded with the use of AI. Lots of asking it to 'reverse engineer' and such. Tested and proven working on a real working US998 model and H932 model with a T-Mobile sim card.

Source code includes what should be upstream code should anyone want to add this to a full LineageOS build.

Expect to see some new Quad DAC features, courtesy of research by the LG V20 developers.

As mentioned previously, h932 users are to install joan builds going forward, as we are now a unified ROM again.

LineageOS 22.1 build 20250114/20250115 | Android 15

There are a lot of things that changed for Android 15.
- User-data encryption is now enabled - the issue with it previously has been resolved. All users MUST format their data partition as a result.
- Dynamic partitions have been implemented, as it is no longer possible to not have a vendor partition. There really wasn't a good way around it other than repartitioning and I flatly refuse to go that route if possible.

Due to these changes, all custom recoveries other than Lineage Recovery is no longer supported by me.
